Returns
At Bia Studios we want to ensure you are 100% happy with your purchase. In addition to your Consumer Guarantees, should you change your mind for any reason, we will happily refund or exchange your purchase providing the following conditions have been met:
- Item(s) are returned to us within 7 days of first receiving the parcel, including faulty products
- Items must be in original condition and not altered. All original labels are attached
- Garments must not have been worn or washed
- The items are not designated “FINAL SALE” at time of purchase
To submit a Return request, you may visit our Contact Us page and submit a request using the form. Please share your reason for requesting a Return and confirm the items have not been worn. Please click here to submit your Return request. If the item is faulty, please submit a photo through the form.
Once approved, you will be contacted by our customer care team so we can arrange for your items to be collected by a courier.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed after the item(s) returned have undergone internal checks and are approved for refund. Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed and must have all original tags attached. Returns that do not meet our requirements may not be accepted.
After approval, we will issue a full refund of the item(s) returned (excluding, where applicable, the original delivery charges and return fee). Return shipping is charged at AED35 and will be deducted out of the original transaction amount (this excludes Faulty items, where we will cover those costs).

Exchanges
Due to high sell through of stock, we are unable to offer exchanges. If you wish to change your size or style, we recommend you repurchase and return your original order for a refund in accordance with our return conditions.
